Frequently Asked Questions About Pricing
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have been used are non-refundable.
What does "Unlimited" mean?
Unlimited means no artificial caps on projects, photos, or team members. This applies to legitimate business use. We monitor for automated abuse (bots, attacks) but normal usage has no limits.
How do I check my credit balance?
Open the app and tap your profile icon. Go to your account settings and you'll see your current credit balance and usage history.
How do I buy more credits?
- Tap your profile icon
- Go to Account > Billing
- Choose "Buy Credits"
- Select a package or enter a custom amount
- Complete checkout with Stripe
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can continue using all free features. AI-powered features will prompt you to purchase more credits when needed. Your existing items and data are never affected.
Can multiple team members share credits?
Yes. Credits are tied to your account (workspace), not individual users. All team members you invite can use features that consume credits from your account balance.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account starts with 40 free credits to try AI features. No credit card required.

Payment Security
